In recent years, Davis Accounting Group P.C. has expanded to serve international clients. Davis Accounting Group P.C. was started 11 years ago with only local clients in the United States, and has grown to provide attestation services to 40 SEC reporting clients in five different countries. The management of Davis Accounting Group feels that the Chinese market in particular is important to its growth in client services. Currently, Davis Accounting Group is providing audit and review services for three public companies in China, and is very interested in expanding its clientele there.
To that end, Davis Accounting Group has established an experienced Chinese team of accountants and auditors to focus on building additional business opportunities in China, and has also established an Affiliation Agreement with a major Chinese CPA firm. Davis Accounting Group also has the resources and experience to provide reverse merger and consulting services to non U.S. companies that want to expand into U.S. capital markets.
With the expansion that Davis Accounting Group P.C. has experienced into international markets, it has established excellent business relationships with other CPA firms and experienced SEC legal counsel. Currently, Davis Accounting Group P.C. has dealings with seven SEC legal firms and four international accounting firms. These international affiliations have been very beneficial in providing the highest quality of service for the international client.
