Meet the Team

E. Reese “Ted” Davis, Jr., President and CPA 

 

Ted Davis is the founder, President, and Managing CPA of Davis Accounting Group P.C.  Ted has worked in various fields of accounting for the last 35 years, with 33 of those years as a Certified Public Accountant.  He has extensive experience and expertise in private accounting, public accounting, tax preparation and tax problem resolution, corporate CFO services, GAAP, PCAOB rules and regulations, and SEC attestation and reviews.  He is a member of the AICPA, the AICPA Division of CPA Firms, and his firm is registered with the PCAOB.  Ted is also a member of the Utah Association of CPA’s.  He was a manager with Arthur Andersen & Co. and worked in Los Angeles, California; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Lima, Peru.  He is fluent in Spanish.

Lora joined the firm in November 2008 as a tax specialist and member of the Chinese Audit Team. Before joining the firm, Lora worked at a world-wide hotel operating company as a tax specialist for four years. She has earned a Masters Degree in Accounting, and a Masters Degree in Management and Administrative Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. Lora also has five years of higher education experience in China. As a licensed CPA in Utah and a tax specialist, Lora's focus will be on international, corporate, partnership, and individual taxation, as well as auditing. Lora is from China, and is fluent in both Chinese and English.

Charlene Boshell

 

Charlene is an audit manager and has been with the firm since November of 2005.  She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Southern Utah University in 2006, where she was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.  Charlene then received her Masters Degree in Accounting in 2007 from Southern Utah University.  She is experienced in payroll, accounting, and audits of public companies.

An Fu

An is an accountant and member of the Chinese Audit Team.  He is from China and has six years of work experience in China.  An has three years experience in accounting and auditing in the USA and has worked on several audits and reviews of clients that report to the SEC.  He has a Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering, and received a Masters Degree in Accounting from Southern Utah University in 2008.  An is fluent in Chinese and English. 

Sandra Beauchamp

Sandy is an accounting manager and has been with the firm since October 2006.  She received a degree in 1982 and has nearly 30 years of accounting experience.  Sandy specializes in accounting and audits of non-public companies, as well as tax return planning and preparation services for individuals and corporations. 

R. Jason Davis

Jason joined the firm as the Director of Business Development in 2008.  He has worked in the financial arena for the last 12 years, where he attained a great working knowledge of business, business marketing, and business management.  Currently, Jason is responsible for domestic and international business development, and is a member of the Chinese Audit Team.  He is fluent in Chinese.
